Drop 2 Sizes Challenge

Strength Training Workout #1 


Supplies needed:

1.  Two heavy dumbbells (review THIS guide to make sure they are the correct weight for your fitness level!)

2. One medium dumbbell

3. A sturdy chair or bench

4. Foam roller

5. Water

Optional items:

-Yoga mat

-Pillow, aeromat, other unstable surface to increase intensity
