Yoga for Chronic Illnesses with Instructor Kayla Kurin
After being diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS), Kayla didn't think much of yoga. She thought it was a little too "woo." However, after trying it and seeing that it did help her chronic illness she had a change of heart and eventually became a yoga instructor herself. Kayla also recently published her book, Yoga for Chronic Pain: 7 steps to Aid Recovery from Fibromyalgia with Yoga.
