12 Days of Fitness Challenge
Our annual 12 Days of Fitness Challenge is back!
Join us from December 25th-January 5th for a chance to win a 1-on-1 online personal training session.
How to participate:
1. Complete at least 10 minutes of cardio each day
2. Report your workout on your favorite form of social media.
3. Include the 12 Days of Fitness Challenge tags #12DaysofFitness and @FitArmadillo (on Facebook @Fit Armadillo to tag our Facebook page. For help with this head HERE) so I can find it.
What you can win:
1. 1-on-1 Online Personal Training Session
Every day you participate and tag Fit Armadillo, you'll be entered into a drawing for a 1-on-1 online personal training session.
2. The 12 Days of Fitness Workout
ALL participants who participate every day will also get a copy of the full Fit Armadillo 12 Days of Fitness Workout on Day 13.

Throughout the challenge:
Stop by the blog for a daily fitness gift from one of our trainers. All 12 fitness gifts/moves will be used in the 12 Days of Fitness Workout so this will be a great way for you to learn the exercises before the full workout.
