About Kids Yoga Classes
LIVE Online and Recorded Classes for Mini Yogis
Looking for a way to spend quality time with your kids and be a great role model?
Working out with them is a great way to accomplish both!
We already offer private yoga classes that you're welcome to sign up for and invite your kids to join in on, but...
We wanted a way to make yoga more accessible and the moves more relatable to kids.
That's why we're so are excited to bring you a Yoga class specifically designed for kids!
The basics of our online yoga for kids classes:
- Maximum of 4 Live Families Participating (recommended 2-3 viewers MAX i.e. mom and daughters, cool aunt+nephew)
- Live class suggested for kids ages 7-11
- Class time ~40 mins
- Cost: $15 to join live AND get the recording (cost is per "screen") OR $7 for the recording only

What happens after I pay?
PayPal should bring you to a Thank You page giving you some additional tips. If that doesn't happen, email us: info@FitArmadillo.com and use the subject: KIDS YOGA
How do online classes work?
We're using a private live video streaming program for the class. Before the class starts we'll send you an email with a personal link so you can join us! **IMPORTANT** Make sure we have your email! If you think you forgot to write it when you paid or don't get an email from us within 48 hrs of paying, email us: Info@FitArmadillo.com with subject: KIDS YOGA so we'll be able to get in touch.
Will you see me if I join live?
It will be your choice. If you don't want us to see you, you don't have to turn on your camera.
What if my kids aren't 7-11?
We won't card them! BUT for the live class we encourage your kids to be in this age range. Want a class for a different age group? Just tell us through our class survey HERE.
Who's my instructor?
Krista Kelch, our certified personal trainer and yoga instructor, will be your teacher. You can meet her HERE to learn a few Yoga Poses to get you started!
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of online products (we can't get the copy of the class back!) and to be fair to others interested in signing up live, once you purchase the class or pay to reserve your spot, no refund will be offered. If you reserved a live spot, you can transfer your spot to a friend, however, they must agree to the terms.
