About the Race:
​

When: Complete your 5K (3.1 mile) race anytime the week of March 12th (run, jog, walk, skip, crawl - go at your happy pace!) ***UPDATE*** We still have medals left and will keep registration for virtual runners open through Friday, March 23rd.

Where: You choose the course (report your finishing time to us via email and submit your post-run pics for a shout out)

​

Why: Because we want as many people as we can get to virtually run (or walk) a 5K and to give back to our favorite nonprofit to help empower as girls through running (The Girls on the Run mission). 

​

Cost: $20 to pick up your sparkly finisher's medal*/magnet in person at Run and Roll before March 15th  $25.99 to have your medal shipped to you. 100 % of proceeds will be donated to the Girls on the Run Palm Beach council. 

*NOTE: Race medal ribbons will have the year 2017 on them (we made a few too many for our fundraiser for Girls on the Run Los Angeles and Girls on the Run Southern Maryland last year) so we invite you to do this run as a "Way Back Wednesday" or "Throwback Thursday" race.  Go back in time to share what you've learned on your 2018 running journey with your 2017 self.
