5 Year Anniversary Sample Classes
"It's my 5th birthday and I'll work out with you for $5, if I want to!"
Fit Armadillo turns 5 yrs old on Thursday, May 24th. To celebrate this milestone, the Fit Armadillo team of certified personal trainers, yoga and Pilates instructors has decided to take a break from 1-on-1 sessions to enjoy some mini workout parties with you.
Check out this page to sign up for these small group fitness classes that will be offered for a limited time in celebration of 5 yrs of fitness fun! All classes will be provided over live 2-way video chat. Tune in from wherever you are in the world as long as you have a solid wifi connection and enjoy getting to know our talented team.

Classes:
30 Min Cardio + Strength Interval
Use your body weight to increase your strength and get your heart rate up in this 30 minute class.
NO equipment is required, but if you have a foam roller and a heavier weight ( at least 10-12 lbs for ladies 15-20 lbs for men), please bring them! Also, a bench or sturdy chair can be helpful for some modifications.

Kayla Kurin
Yoga came into my life when I was too sick to get out of bed most days. I couldn’t do many of the activities that I enjoyed, but I could do yoga. Yoga taught me to be kind to my body and myself. In time I was able to turn that kindness outwards, and cultivate a sense of loving kindness for the people and environments around me. I completed my 200 hour Vinyasa Flow training with Yoga London, because I wanted to help bring that sense of peace and kindness to others. In my classes, I am to meet each student where they are on the mat. From guided meditations, gentle flows, and more vigorous practices to stretch and strengthen the body, I love helping people connect with themselves, exactly as they are, through yoga.
