Would you love to head into summer feeling healthier and having more energy?

You’re going to love my 30 Day Challenge 🙂

What it is:

Don’t worry, this isn’t one of those crazy squat challenges and you won’t need to buy any of my products to join in on the fun.  Instead, I’ll be giving you a new goal each week designed to help you get healthier by next month.  As you share proof that you’re participating, I’ll also cheer you on.

When you join in, you’ll be entered to win a new prize each week!

How to join in:

1. Come back to this post or follow Fit Armadillo on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and/or Google + to find out your weekly goal each Monday.

2. Share posts on social media (text or photos-either is fine!) tagged #30DayChallenge and @FitArmadillo to show your progress each week (and as often as possible) so I can cheer you on and you can be entered to win the prize that week!

3. Enter as many times as you’d like (every entry is another “ticket” in the weekly raffle!) and make sure your posts are public or that we’re friends so I can see them 🙂
