This is where most communication with your trainer, booking notices, and login info will come from.

2. Make sure to  book the correct session type

When booking, don't forget there are TWO session types. When booking with 48 hrs - 30 mins advanced notice, choose an ON DEMAND session.  If you have more than 48 hrs time before your session time, book a REGULAR session.

Nutrition Plans:

Please allow 72 hrs for the creation of your custom nutrition plan.  After purchase you'll be directed to a form to share your details so we can create your plan.

*Prices are for ACTIVE clients (those who have completed a session in the past 30 days). Non-active client plans cost $99/week.

Fitness Packages:

Good for 1-on-1 training, Yoga, Pilates or a combo! Two 30 min sessions = 1 60 min session.

Tips for booking a buddy workout:

We HIGHLY recommend a 60 minute session for buddy workouts.  Cost per buddy is the same no matter how many buddies you have join OR the session type (on demand/regular/personal training/yoga).  If you're considering having a buddy work out with you, have them complete their SIGN UP form ASAP to avoid delays.  Only one buddy needs to book the session, but you MUST add a note that the session will be a buddy workout.
