The 2016 Fitting in Fitness Interview Series is complete!

This month I interviewed seven successful women in business for themselves who shared how and why they fit in fitness and cite it as one of the secrets to their success.

Unlike most of my blog posts, these interviews featured women who haven't created a career around fitness.

Because while hearing fitness and healthy lifestyle tips from the talented Fit Armadillo personal trainers and fitness instructors and me might be helpful, I realize it might seem like our advice is easy for us to give and implement.

Afterall, we work out and train clients for a living and are somehow passionate about things like push-ups and burpees. 

But when you don't deal with fitness as your job, it's much harder, right?

While this might be true to some degree, I don't want you to fall prey to that rational for long!

Because the reality is that many of the world's most influential and successful people are entrepreneurs and businesswomen who aren't working in fitness, but who have seen and enjoyed its many benefits. One big example is Richard Branson!

And there is no reason why you shouldn't be able to enjoy the same benefits, too!

Especially since each of the amazing female entrepreneurs I interviewed wants to cheer YOU on to greatness.

In addition to sharing their stories, fitness tips, and business tips each lady boss has also offered up a Fitting in Fitness Dare - a simple way you can start taking action and adding fitness into your own life TODAY and wants to support YOU as you do it!

Now that you’ve checked out the interviews, don't forget to take action!

1. Pick one of the seven fitting in fitness dares to focus on this week

Mark off time to complete the dare in your calendar and gather any supplies you might need.

2. Go public
