All tips from this challenge are provided by a certified personal trainer who was also a classroom teacher. They will be results based AND realistic! They will NOT require you to buy any special products.

About your trainer
Hi, I’m Catherine Basu!
In addition to being a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor, I’m also a former teacher! That’s right, for 3 years I was in the classroom just like you. I know what the school year is REALLY like.
As a teacher you put everyone and their mom (literally) ahead of yourself during the school year. This year, I want to help you commit to enjoying some “me time!” I want to help you tone up and learn how to fit fitness into your busy school schedule. I want you to have the tools to take time for yourself during the school year so you’ll feel amazing and on top of your teaching game.
Don’t let another summer or school year pass by without learning how to fit fitness into your life!
Why join this challenge?
Even though this challenge is super quick, it will help you get the basics down so you can be successful on your own.
You won’t need to join a gym or spend a lot of money on fancy equipment or supplements (in fact, all the healthy eating tips I give you can be put into action after a visit to your grocery store!).
Those who participate will also be eligible for a discount on future sessions of the Teachers’ Tone Up Program, should you choose to extend the fun.
