Welcome to Preseason!
We’re very excited to meet some of our new fans who have signed up for our Fit Academy! Today is the first day of preseason. The goal of preseason is to meet some new accountability partners on our Private Facebook Group and have a place to start logging your workouts or healthy eating decisions. We also hope you’ll get pumped (very excited) for our 5-Day Fitness Workshop which will start next week. Here’s a peak at what we have planned for your workshop:
First, we’ll teach you about the stages of change and help you asses which stage you’re in with your fitness goals. Next, we’ll review the aspects of health and how physical health relates to other forms of health. From there we’ll look at nutrition. After these first three days, you’ll write out a SMART goal and we’ll help you figure out how to stay motivated. Throughout the process you’ll get feedback on your goals. We hope you’ll be able to use the Facebook group in the future as one way to stay on track.
