12 Days of Fitness – Day 12
It’s the 12th Day of the 12 Days of Fitness Challenge!!! We made it! If you’re just tuning in and a little confused, feel free to check out my intro to the series HERE.

My Day 12 Workout
My workout today was…the 12 Days of Fitness Workout!
This workout is a circuit style routine that includes 12 exercises completed to the tune of The 12 Days of Christmas. It’s challenging, but also fun!
You start off with the first exercise. Then, you complete the second one and the first. Next? The third followed by the second and then the first. And on and on.
If you like to sing while you work out you could hum as you go. For example: “On the first day of fitness, my personal trainer gave to me one burpee.”
My 12 Fitness Gifts or “Gifts:”
1 Burpee
2 1 legged wall sits (10 secs each)
3 Plank Ups
4 Push-ups
5 Alternating Lunge Jumps
6 Tuck Jumps
7 Sit Jump Jacks
8 Mountain Climbers
9 Jumping Jacks
10 Dips
11 Squat Jumps with a Twist
12 Planks with a Toe Tap
If you are afraid of stopping by the gym this week (you know it’s going to be crrrr-a-zy out there this first week of 2015!), this is a great workout to try. All you need is yourself, a wall, and a chair. It may sound simple, but trust me–you’ll be burning a lot of calories!
