Here's how to put your 12 fitness gifts together for a fun home workout routine:
Complete these moves to the tune of The 12 Days of Christmas song (singing the names of the fitness moves is optional, but encouraged). For example: One push-up, two burpees, one push-up, three 3-point planks, two burpees, one push-up. To review the form for a move and modifications to fit your current fitness level, click on its name to head back to the post for that day.

4. Lunges (or Jump Lunges, if you're up for the challenge!)

As with any workout, you'll want to start with a 3-5 min low intensity cardio warm-up and cool-down so your body is ready and check with your physician to make sure it's safe for you to complete.
