I started The 12 Days of Fitness Challenge last year as a way to get my fans and clients moving before January 1st and I’d love for you to join us!
My Day 3 of the Challenge
Today, I was happy that I set 10 mins of walking as the minimum goal for the challenge! It was my first full day back home after Christmas and I had a lot of catching up to do. I spent this morning meeting with some fitness clients and the afternoon catching up with random tasks and setting up initial consultations. It’s definitely feeling a lot like the end of December in my business. I’m excited to meet with and Skype some potential new clients this week!
My workout therefore was very casual. My hubby and I did a nice walk around Rice Village here in Houston for 20 minutes after dinner. It was my first light day in over a week so even though I hadn’t planned on a walking workout today, I’m glad it worked out that way.

I’m planning on completing a few more tests with the device before returning it as I think the new Polar heart rate monitor is really a better value and will help me cut back on running with more than one watch on some days!
