Tips for Each of the 5 Leg Slimming Exercises:
Exercise #1: Squat
Stand with your feet hip width apart and your hands overhead or in front of you. Sit back like you're sitting in a chair and press through your heels to come up. TIP: Remember to keep your body weight in your heels.
Exercise #2: Lunge
Step forward on your right then left leg. Look for a 90 degree angle between your thigh and lower leg. Again, press your body weight through your front heel when returning to standing.
Exercise #3: Curtsey Lunge
Step behind front leg and a little to the side. Press through your front heel to return to start.
Exercise #4: Step Up
Place a chair with the back resting against a wall. Step up with one leg, pressing through the heel. Option: Tap foot on top of chair. Be careful of your balance! Place chair in a corner and use the wall to support yourself.
Exercise #5: Glute Bridge In and Out
Lie on your back with your knees bent. Then, press through your heels to lift your hips up. Open your thighs, close them, and then lower your hips.
Thigh Slimming Workout Guidelines: Complete 3 Sets of 10 reps total or for each leg
