Noosa Beach Running Route
Noosa Beach Running Route - Run, Swim, and Sunbathe When Visiting Australia!
Looking for running routes in Noosa Heads, Australia?
My first tip would be to head to last week's post HERE.
In it I talked about a 3 mile route my sister and I completed where we enjoyed lots of gorgeous Noosa beaches and Australian wildlife (we even saw a sleeping koala!). However, you can also find a link to a map of several other trails if you need a longer or shorter running route during your Noosa stay.
Already checked out Noosa National Park for the day and ready to enjoy some time at the beach?
You're in the right place!
I'm all about combining my two favorite things, running and the beach, so during my stay in Noosa I also ran along the beach and measured out a route for you!
Noosa Beach Running Route: DIY the Distance
This running route is super easy and one you can tailor to your needs.
All you need to do is run back and forth along the beach. One length of the main beach is just under 0.5 miles so park your blanket and beach toys (I've been hanging with my toddler niece!) on one end, run to the rock jetty on the other, jog back, and you'll have completed one mile.
It's hot out in the Australian summer sun so that might be enough for the day but, if not? Do another few rounds or take a swim and add another mile in after that.
Looking to fit in some strength training or flexibility?
When you're all dried off, enjoy the perfect complement to your outdoor cardio workout session: a private online fitness session!
All you need is a good wifi connection and a device that allows for 2-way video chat and you can book a session with one of the many talented Fit Armadillo certified fitness professionals. With instructors certified in everything from Barre to Pilates to strength training to yoga and every in between, you'll be in great hands.
BONUS:
Our booking system accommodates the "no worries, no hurries" philosophy of our Aussie friends!
Book an On Demand session as little as 30 mins before you head back to your hotel room and trade your swimmers and sunnies (Australian for "bathing suits and sunglasses") for your Lorna Jane activewear (our fave workout brand EVER that just happens to be from Australia-they even have a shop in Noosa Head).
