Crazy, right?

How have things been going with that fitness routine you were sooo excited about in January? You don’t have to tell me about it, but if you’re like most people and find that you have been or are starting to struggle to keep up with your routine, you’re in the right place!

Some  people might say it’s a little crazy or “mad” to start your fitness routine in March, but I think it’s a great idea. We still have a lot of the year left and bathing suit season just a few months away.  Why leave all the fitness routine starting fun to January?
