Jyotsna Ramachandran is a stay-at-home mom of 2 kids and the founder of Happy Self Publishing. For almost 20 yrs she didn't do any type of workout. All that changed two years ago. She shares how she found her fitness motivation and now considers fitness a part of her daily routine, the food tracking app she uses that focuses on Indian foods, how she found a good personal trainer to work with as a beginning exerciser, and her new mission: to inspire other moms to make fitness their #1 priority
About Jyotsna Ramachandran
Jyotsna is a stay-at-home mom of 2 kids, author, and the founder of Happy Self Publishing. After her 2nd kid was born, her energy was at its lowest ever and weight was at its highest ever. That's when she decided to take charge of her health. She has made fitness as a part of her daily routine by choosing fun routines like zumba and losing over 9 kgs so far. She's now on a mission to inspire other moms to make
fitness their #1 priority.
