Setting Fitness Goals You Can Reach
Setting Fitness Goals You Can Reach
Week three of March Madness is here!
Are you a college basketball fan who’s a little confused?
Let me explain…
March Madness at Fit Armadillo® is about you getting a little crazy and starting or recommitting to your fitness routine this month.
Some might say it’s a little mad to start a routine in March instead of January, but I encourage you to be a rebel with me and see what happens. I’d love for you to have a successful March and rock your fitness goals the rest of the year.
Because in my opinion, the alternative of putting off getting started until January is just a little too long to wait.
So that’s the background.
If you’re new, you missed the first two weeks, but you can catch up.
During week one, I challenged you to just get started. To help you get the momentum going, I gave you a free gift, a monthly workout tracker. Grab it and the video HERE.
Last week I shared tips for getting and staying motivated once you’ve gotten started. Catch that HERE.
What’s on the agenda this week?
Now that you’ve gotten started and have identified your personal motivation, it’s time to take a step back and set realistic goals for yourself based on your last two weeks of fitting in fitness.
All too often I hear people complain about how they keep failing at their fitness goals. The problem usually isn’t them. It’s their goals! They are just not in line with their current level of fitness.
Don’t make the same mistake!
Learn how to set goals you can reach by watching this week’s video:
Now that you’ve watched this week’s video, I want you to take action now.
Check out your workout calendar for the last two weeks (or go download one so you can get started!) and let us know what patterns you’ve noticed and how you are planning on tweaking your routine and goals to try to up your fitness game this week:
Want a cheerleader as you work hard to get on track? Share proof of your workouts and that you’re doing the homework I’ve suggested by posting a pic on social media and tagging it #MarchMadness and @FitArmadillo. I’d love to cheer you on
