1. You don't have to try out Shannan's gift today, but we recommend that you do so you know if you can try the full move during the 12 Days of Fitness Workout or if you should modify it.
2. Report your participation in Day 2 of the 12 Days of Fitness challenge!
Make sure you're following us on Facebook, Twitter, and/or Instagram and write a post (video and pictures optional, but encouraged) to tell us what your workout was today (a minimum of 10 mins of cardio). Don't forget to tag your post #12DaysofFitness @FitArmadillo so we can give you credit.
3. GET excited!
If you participate EVERY day, you'll get the 12 Days of Fitness Workout video FREE. If you participate even ONE day, you'll be entered into a drawing for a 1-on-1 online personal training session with one of our awesome trainers.
