One of my fans watched my most popular video, How to Calculate Your Body Fat Percentage At Home, and emailed me to ask about Bod Pod testing.

Since I’m a huge fan of my fans, I couldn’t refuse answering this Q and scheduling a date with the device myself.

Have you ever wondered what a bod pod is?

Well, you’re in luck! For today’s episode of Tighten + Tone Tuesday  I’ll be taking you behind the scenes of my bod pod test.

You’ll learn:

  • What a bod pod is.
  • Why you might want to pay a bod pod testing location a visit.
  • The basic science behind the bod pod’s ability to calculate your body composition (even though I used to be a science teacher, I promise I didn’t geek out too much here!).
  • How to dress for a date with the bod pod (spoiler alert, you won’t need your fave LBD).
  • What to expect on testing day (hint: it’s waaaay less intimidating than the other most accurate option, hydrostatic weighing, in my opinion).

I’m sure your “What Is a Bod Pod?” face isn’t as dramatic as mine (I usually shy away from sharing the type of pic I captured above, but it was waaaay too hilarious not to with you share today…it did bring you a laugh, right?), but in case not knowing is really troubling you, let’s not waste any more time!
