It's the 1st day of the 12 Days of Fitness Challenge for 2019-2020 (excuse that graphic above having the incorrect year- apparently I gave my designer Christmas off!). Did you officially join us yet? If not, there's still time! Head HERE to sign up.

Accepting this challenge means that you'll commit to get moving for at least 15 minutes each day of the 12 Days of Fitness, December 25th-January 5th.
