Dinner is served! Linguine with Garlic Kale and Chick Peas
This week’s What’s for Dinner? Wednesday meal, Linguine with Garlic Kale and Chick Peas, is served! I’m so excited to share this recipe idea with you and a picture of the final product because it’s one of my favorite type of meals.
Why is this one of my favorite types of meals? Besides the fact that it is chock full of nutrients from the kale, it’s a great meal for super busy nights.
You know those nights when you come home late and are starving and want to eat healthy, but are too tired to wait around to cook something up? If you keep pasta and canned chick peas or canneli beans on hand, you’ll be 90% of the way ready to make this meal. You may need to pick up some kale and fresh garlic, but otherwise you’ll be 15 mins to a real meal.
