What Are You Grateful For? Week 3 of #MOVEember

I can’t believe how quickly November is flying by! We’re now less than a month to my beautiful client Meredith’s wedding!!!!!, about a week away from Thanksgiving, and already in Week 3 of #MOVEember.

What is #MOVEember? If you’re just joining us, let me explain.

#MOVEember is a challenge I set up to inspire my clients and fans to get or start moving during one of the busiest months of the year.  To participate all you need to do is commit to 10 mins of extra movement each day.  Wondering why I picked that number? It’s part of a trainer secret that I revealed in week one 😉

In addition to the monthly challenge, I’ve also been adding in special focal points to help you change things up each week. This week’s theme is sharing what you are grateful for with your proof of your workout.
