With summer just around the corner my friends are giving up rice, looking to smoothies and green juice, and even buying detox teas. Are yours? Should we join them? Guest Emily Tills comes back to the podcast to help us learn how to eat a healthy diet while still enjoying life. I asked her about the basic nutrition tips I give my clients and she helps break down some of the trends I've seen.
About Emily Tills:
Emily is a graduate of Marywood University's Coordinated Program in Nutrition and Dietetics and is a Master's student at Concordia University of Chicago in Applied Exercise Science with a Concentration in Sports Nutrition. She is working as a Clinical Dietitian with Aramark at a nursing home and runs nutrition programs for Dynamic Health and Fitness in Syracuse, NY. When she's not working or running her Instagram- emilys.nutrition.bite, she is trying new recipes, playing with her dog, working out, or traveling.
