How to Get Motivated to Work Out
It’s week two of March Madness at Fit Armadillo®!
For our March Madness celebration we aren’t competing against each other during several rounds of basketball (and that’s not just because I had a pretty sad and short basketball career back in 1994-1996).
Instead, I’m challenging you to start or recommit to your fitness routine this month.
No, it’s not January and it might seem a little mad to start a fitness routine in March, but we aren’t that far into 2015 and I don’t want you to start giving up on your goals. I want you to take the time this month to start again 🙂
Last week’s challenge was to just get started. I shared some tips for doing so and a free gift, a one month workout tracker that my clients love. If you missed last week’s video and my free gift head HERE.
This week’s video will expand on last week’s challenge. I still want you to keep getting started each day, but I’m also going to give you some tips for staying motivated as you do so.
