Looking for an efficient, effective cardio workout? Working with a personal trainer is a great way to figure out how to enjoy a home workout routine. Today, personal trainer and owner of Fit Armadillo, Catherine Turley, stops by to walk (or jog or run) you through an interval workout.  Grab your running shoes to enjoy this 18 minute interval training routine that can be adjusted to your current fitness level and how you're feeling today. 

Interval Workout Summary:

This 18 minute workout includes 3 levels. Level 1 is your warm up and cool down pace. Level 2 is your regular pace. Level 3 is a challenging pace. Depending on your current fitness level and the other workouts you did this week, you might choose to walk all levels, walk, jog, and run or bike at varying speeds.
