If you’ve been hanging around the blog this month, you know I had a little March Madness Challenge for you.

It wasn’t a bracket based contest, but a fitness challenge.

The premise?

That you should be rebellious and start or recommit to your fitness routine this month instead of waiting for the ever-popular January!

Mad? Maybe. But also totally fun, right?… 😉

Each week I shared a new video with tips and tricks to support you in getting a little mad with my other readers this month and today, I’m recapping them all for you on this page for easy reference.

Week One: How to Start a Fitness Routine

Week Two:  How to Get Motivated to Work Out

What you get: Tips for keeping the momentum going once you’ve gotten started.
