We don't always take recovery and relaxation seriously, but reducing stress is important!  Today, I'm sharing one of my favorite ways to end Mat Pilates classes, with a relaxation and meditation exercise. Use it after your own workouts or at the end of a busy day to let go of stress and tension.  This episode was a request from a listener and a great reminder of the importance of recovery, something we focus on in the Drop 2 Sizes Challenge that starts up Monday, April 16th 2018.
