Relax After Your Workout with this Meditation
We don't always take recovery and relaxation seriously, but reducing stress is important! Today, I'm sharing one of my favorite ways to end Mat Pilates classes, with a relaxation and meditation exercise. Use it after your own workouts or at the end of a busy day to let go of stress and tension.
