This week’s video expands on the information I shared last week to give you hydration tips specific to your exercise routine.
Last week I told you that I consider water to be the world’s best and cheapest weight loss drink. It’s also the world’s best and cheapest sports performance drink. Your muscles are 75% water so if you aren’t properly hydrated, your body can’t work at the level you want it to during your workouts.
Many of us drink water after our workouts, but a complete exercise hydration plan includes drinking water before, during, and after your exercise routine. There are actually 5 times that you want to drink water to stay hydrated when you exercise. If you aren’t sure what those times are or how much water to drink before, during, and after your workout; this week’s video on my 5 Tips for Staying Hydrated When You Exercise was made just for you!
In this video you will learn:
1. When to start drinking water before you work out and how much water to drink
2. When to drink water during your workout and how much water you need
