With Thanksgiving over you’ve already survived one of many holiday parties this winter season–congrats! This time of year is typically the most difficult for sticking to healthy lifestyle goals.  So…that’s what I’m here to help you with today 🙂

Over the weekend, I asked my A-Listers what their biggest holiday struggles were in terms of sticking to their fitness and healthy eating goals.  Anna, Sara, and an anonymous questioner were kind enough to send me their holiday healthy lifestyle dilemmas.
