Who’s Your Workout Buddy?

It’s the last week of the #MOVEember fitness challenge! What is this challenge all about? If you’re an A-Lister, you already know and can skip ahead. If not, read on and don’t forget to become an A-Lister before you leave 😉

Since November is the start of the holiday season in the United States, it tends to be a month where our fitness goals are neglected. However, it doesn’t have to be that way! To help you get moving this month, I’ve created a simple challenge for you: fit in 10 minutes of fitness (or 10 extra minutes) each day.  Then, share photo evidence of yourself in action on social media to keep us all inspired!

Each week, I’ve also included a theme to help you change things up. Want to check out my other ideas? Head to week one HERE, week two HERE, or week three HERE.  Even though #MOVEember is almost over, you will find some tips and tricks that you can use anytime you need a little extra inspiration. So what’s going on in the fourth week of #MOVEember?

This week, I want you to share your workout with a friend or family member.  Working out with a buddy is a great way to become more consistent with your fitness routine. Get a head start this week and try to keep things going into 2015!
