Happy Tighten + Tone Tuesday! This week’s episode is all about the benefits of foam rolling.  Foam rolling is a technique that uses a foam roller, the dark gray piece of fitness equipment I’m holding in the picture above this post.

If you’re like most people, you’ve probably seen a foam roller in the gym or at a sporting goods store and had a laugh or two at its expense.  Maybe you said something like “that chubby noodle would never get a date at the pool-hahahahahaha!” However, even though foam rollers may look like pool toys that had a little too much to drink (I don’t think I’ve ever seen one eat anything, have you?), they are actually amazing fitness tools.  So amazing that I’m dedicating this week’s video to their special powers.
