Now that we’re in the second full week of the New Year, you’ve had a chance to see how well you’re able to stick to your fitness routine on your own.

In the video I mentioned that the American Council on Exercise aka ACE has a database online where you can check to see if your ACE-Certified Trainer really is ACE-Certified and current. You can view that page HERE. The space to enter the name of your trainer is located in the top left corner.
