How to Do a Plank Exercise
Happy Tighten + Tone Tuesday! With summer almost here a lot of my fans and clients are all about trying to get flat abs. While we used to think that crunches were the answer to this goal, that’s just not really the case (sorry 8 minute ab gang!).
Instead, if flat abs are what you seek, you’ll want a complete fitness routine and one exercise you’ll want to include is the plank. Wondering how to do a plank exercise? You’re in luck because that’s exactly what you’ll learn to do in this week’s video.
