It’s Tighten + Tone Tuesday and the first official day of MOVEember. You’ve probably heard of Movember, but MOVEember is a little different. While MOVEember is still a great way to show your support for mustache November and bring awareness to men’s health, you won’t need to grow or wear a movember mustache to join in on the fun.
