My New Favorite Pizza Recipe is My Birthday Gift to You!
Happy What’s for Dinner? Wednesday to you and Happy Birthday to me!!! Birthdays are always more fun when you celebrate them with friends. That’s why I want to celebrate my birthday with you. In honor of the last BDay of my twenties, I’m sharing my new favorite pizza recipe and a special offer.
The Pizza Recipe is for Prosciutto, Fig, and Truffle Oil Pizza. I first learned about it on a trip to Colorado this May, but have been seeing this unique pizza recipe showing up everywhere lately and wanted to share my love of it with you in case you haven’t tried it yet.
My second birthday gift is a special offer on my fitness services. I’m offering 29 people their 30 min 1-on-1 Skype Personal Training Session for just $29. To save your spot, click on the pic below or HERE to e-mail me and join in on my celebration.
I never discount my fitness services so this is kinda a big deal (I’ve even raised my rates this year!). However, this Birthday is a big deal too so I figured, why not? I hope to have the honor of working with you 🙂
Now, onto that pizza recipe!
Here are the ingredients you’ll need:
Olive oil cooking spray
4 oz prosciutto
1/4 cup asiago cheese
1 cup arugula leaves
2 tsp truffle oil
How to Make Your Pizza Masterpiece:
Step One: Preheat your oven to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. While it’s warming up, get a little arm workout in by rolling out your pizza dough on a pizza stone sprayed with cooking spray. You’ll also want to spray the rolling pin (unless you like to swear a lot…)
Step Two: Prep your toppings. Break your prosciutto into small pieces and slice up your figs.
Step Three: Make your pizza and pop it in the oven. Layer on your prosciutto, figs, and asiago cheese. Pop your pizza in the oven for 10-12 mins. When it’s done, add your final layer, the arugula leaves, and drizzle your truffle oil on top.
Step Four: Enjoy your yummy pizza!
I don’t know about you, but to me there is nothing like some homemade pizza. I have yet to learn how to make a good pizza dough on my own though, so if you know a good recipe, please share it!
Thanks for stopping by to read this post and join in celebrating my 29th Birthday with me!
