4 Tips for Starting a Strength Training Routine
You’ve heard that strength training is an important part of getting healthy and you’re ready to try it, but where do you start?
This week’s episode of Tighten + Tone Tuesday is a great choice (in my humble opinion…)!
Since week 3 of the #30DayChallenge is all about Showcasing Your Strength, I thought it was the perfect time to review some basics of doing just that.
In this week’s episode you will learn:

2. How many reps you should be doing to reach your fitness and/or weight loss goals.
